Publicly-traded 3 tier logic (TSXV: TTTM) delivers customer lifecycle marketing and shopper loyalty programs for brands such as Molson-Coors, Unilever, Universal Pictures, and Toro.

The 3tl team was looking to up-level how they use data to influence customer programs, drive decisions, and identify growth opportunities.

Solution

Assess 3tl’s current state, then build a plan and toolset to introduce data services into client deliverables.
We designed a training program, reporting, and data methodology to improve customer retention and increase the use of data services. 

Impact

The 3tl account team is better equipped for executive- level data conversations and more confident in selling data services. We:

  • Established a foundation for acting upon data, generating reporting, and identifying gaps from tech stacks to tools to staffing,

  • Developed templated reporting and presentation content,

  • Built a plan to continue to gain skills and build out data practice.
