Holiday retail playbook and benchmark study

The Winter holidays are make or break times for retailers. From 2013-2019, the strategists and data scientists at Airship started in October to collect data and examples of how retailers engage customers leading up to the holidays. We generated an annual benchmark report, webinar, lots of press, and held executive briefings with client leadership. It was a terrific marketing and research initiative.

We expanded upon the value of the annual study by creating a year-round retail strategy playbook to ensure stellar Q4 response rates for our customers.
